Our Service Guarantee
We guarantee complete work on any bike you buy from Uptown Cycles. If you’re not satisfied, we will continue to diagnose and service your bike for FREE (up to 30 days after the original service), until its right as long as the problem is specifically related to our service.

Safety Check $35

• Adjust Brakes and shifting.
• Inspect frame
• Secure chain rings, crank arms & pedals
• Secure brake levers, align brake calipers, and gear levers.
• Wipe & lubricate chain
• Lubricate derailleur pivots
• Secure handlebars, stem, saddle, & seat post
• Inspect & inflate tires
• Secure wheel axle fasteners
• Test Ride and Re-check

Basic Tune Up $65

• Complete check-over of all moving parts and bolts
• True Wheels
• Adjust Brakes, shifting, hubs, headset, and bottom bracket.
• Inspect bearings, steering assembly,
• Lube chain, any pivot points and moving parts
• All components lubricated
• Bike wiped down
• Test Ride and Re-check

(Add disc brake bleed for $30)

The Deluxe $129
All that you get in the Basic but…

• Drivetrain removed and degreased in solvent tank
• Air, inspect, and lube suspension components
• Bike cleaned and polished

The Works $199
All that you get in the Deluxe but….

• Frame stripped completely and cleaned
• All new cables and housing
• Repack hubs and headset
• Remove, clean, and lube bottom bracket
