About Us

Uptown Cycles is owned by Chris Sheehan and Robin Farina. They wanted to bring something unique to the Charlotte area. They wanted to create the best bike shop around and combine that with a full featured training studio.

Chris and Robin know a thing or two about bikes and training. Chris has raced with the top pro’s in the US and in Europe. Robin is currently the 2011 Elite National Champion in the road race. This year she is proud to be racing with NOW and NOVARTIS for MS . Robin and her team have racked up several wins and strong performances so far this year.
